The Manzanilla Olive is a large round berry that has a juicy centre hiding behind a firm outer skin. These have been picked as a green olive, semi dried in salt and allowed to continue to ripen during the brine process, resulting in an olive termed ‘Turning’ in colour.
Carefully selected, hand picked and processed in salt brine, lemon juice & vinegar. These tasty Olives have then been marinated in Lemon Rind, Thyme and Garlic and then preserved in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
